Alpha Judo club ST JOSEPH'S DOVETAIL CENTRE, NORTHOLT, UB5 6JS - 07833943522Alpha Judo Club welcomes judo players of all ages and abilities. With a membership of around 100, we cater for school children, novices and juniors along with our full time senior set up. Alpha Judo Club is one of the top dojos (a place where judo is practised) in London. It has a thriving membership ranging from beginners to National Squad and International players. Their ages start at around 6 years old and go to 50 years and over. The club caters for more than just judo players, as our Senior Coach, UMARJAN KARIMOV has been training talented sporting youngsters for over 10 years.
Club operates in partnership with British Judo Association and runs its own programmes of talent identification and introduction of judo to school children across boroughs of west London. The club pursues, Identifies and develops potential 2012 Olympian candidates and members of GBR Squads (High Performance Judo). Alpha judo club is also part of a scheme that recognises and rewards the valuable work that clubs do in the promotion and delivery of Judo in this country.
Alpha Judo Club is a vibrant and growing members organisation. This is directly attributable to the hard work and professionalism of our club and individual volunteers who consistently provide the drive to push the club and the sport of Judo to the forefront of the sport community.
Alpha Judo Club is also looking to form strong partnerships with schools and local authority development teams. If you are interested in Alpha Judo programme, please contact Sensei Karimov.
The programme actively scouts gifted and talented children.
